The Conference Venue is a modern, purpose
built, self-contained suite which has its own bar and toilets
and is wheelchair accessible. A fully fitted kitchen is
attached to the building and thus each function if totally
self-sufficient from the main Hotel. The Conference Suite is
for your own exclusive use.
Conference Manager:
A dedicated Conference Manager in attendance for the entire
duration of any conference or related facility for your
further convenience
Specification:
The dimensions of the room are forty five (45) feet by twenty
five (25) feet (one thousand (1000) square feet
approximately). There are sixteen thirteen amp double sockets
and sixteen telephone extensions, three television sockets,
ladies, gents, and disabled toilets, self contained bar, own
kitchen and separate entrance from the hotel. There is natural
daylight and it has a ceiling height of two point three
metres. Internet access is available if required.

Equipment:
Included with any package is the equipment such as OHP,
screen, slide carousel, individual blotters, pads and pencils,
TV and Video. Flipcharts Easels are available free of charge
but Flipchart Paper is £5.00 per ream
Car Parking: The
Hotel has its own private Car Park facilities for
approximately forty (40) cars. An overflow Car Park facility is available next door.
